What It Is

This is a set of two 11x6.00-5" flat-free (solid foam) lawn mower tires, pre-assembled on rims with 3/4" and 5/8" bearings. Designed for zero-turn and riding mowers, they eliminate punctures and air pressure maintenance on front caster wheels.

Fitment & Compatibility

Before buying, confirm three things:

  • Tire size: Must be 11x6.00-5" (11" outer diameter, 6" width, 5" rim). Measure your current tire’s sidewall markings.
  • Bearing size: These include both 3/4" and 5/8" inner bearings (dual bearing setup). Check your mower’s axle spindle diameter—most Bad Boy and Cub Cadet zero-turn front wheels use 3/4" or 5/8" axles, but verify with a caliper.
  • Rim offset & bolt pattern: No lug nuts—these are hub-piloted with a center hole. Ensure the rim’s center hole diameter and offset match your spindle. Common on Cub Cadet ZT1, ZT2, and Bad Boy ZT models. Not for push mowers or rear drive wheels.

Key Things to Know

  • No maintenance: Solid foam means zero flats, no air checks. Ride is stiffer than pneumatic, but fine for smooth lawns.
  • Dual bearing design: The 3/4" and 5/8" bearings are pressed in. If your axle is 5/8", use the smaller bearing. If 3/4", use the larger. No adapters needed.
  • Weight: Heavier than pneumatic—adds about 5 lbs per wheel. May affect steering effort slightly on light mowers.
  • Installation: Bolts on directly. No tire mounting or balancing required. Torque spindle nut to manufacturer spec (typically 30-45 ft-lbs).

Should You Buy It

Buy if you’re tired of fixing flats on your zero-turn or riding mower’s front tires, especially on bumpy or thorny terrain. Skip if you need a smooth ride for delicate turf or have a different tire size (e.g., 13x5.00-6). Best for Cub Cadet and Bad Boy owners with 11x6.00-5" front wheels.
