What It Is

This is a complete, corded electric dethatcher and scarifier, not a replacement bag or part. It’s designed for use on its own—no tractor or zero-turn mower needed—for removing thatch and moss from small to medium lawns (up to about 1/3 acre).

Fitment & Compatibility

• Not a mower attachment. This is a standalone machine, so no deck-size or brand fitment checks apply. It fits any lawn that can be reached with a 100-foot extension cord.
• Corded power. Requires a grounded outdoor extension cord (14-gauge or thicker recommended for runs over 50 ft). No battery or gas compatibility.
• Collection bag. The included 40L bag clips directly to the unit. It’s not interchangeable with other brands.
• Working height. 5-position depth adjustment (no universal height standard—test on a small patch first to avoid scalping).

Key Things to Know

• Assembly required. Comes mostly assembled, but you’ll need to attach the handle, bag, and wheels. Tools included, but plan 15–20 minutes.
• Cord management. The cord is top-mounted and can snag on the handle during tight turns. Use a cord retainer or loop it over your shoulder to avoid pulling the plug.
• Not a mower. It only dethatches/scarifies—you’ll still need a mower for cutting grass. Running it on wet or thick thatch can bog the motor down.
