Fitment & Compatibility

• Voltage check: This battery is NOT backwards compatible with 18V NiCad or older 18V XRP tools. It only works with DEWALT 20V MAX and 60V MAX tools.
• Physical fit: The battery slides onto any DEWALT 20V/60V tool with the standard slide-on interface. It also fits DEWALT chargers (DCB1104, DCB115, etc.) but will NOT charge on older 18V chargers.
• Tool compatibility: Use with DEWALT 60V mowers (DCMW220, DCMW225), 60V string trimmers (DCST970, DCST972), 60V blowers (DCBL770, DCBL772), and any 20V MAX yard tool. Confirm your tool’s voltage requirement on the tool label before buying.
