What It Is

This is a complete 11" x 6" flat-free (never-flat) wheel assembly designed for zero-turn mowers, lawn tractors, and commercial walk-behinds. It eliminates punctures and air pressure checks, making it ideal for rough terrain, debris-heavy yards, or high-use commercial mowing.

Fitment & Compatibility

  • Measure first: Verify your existing tire is 11" tall and 6" wide. The wheel has a 5/8" axle hole and a 5.9" centered hub (distance from hub center to wheel center).
  • Deck/axle size: Works on most mowers with a 5/8" axle diameter and a 5.9" hub offset. Common on Craftsman, Husqvarna, John Deere, Troy-Bilt, and MTD zero-turns and lawn tractors.
  • Not universal: Does not fit mowers requiring a 1/2" or 3/4" axle, or those with an offset hub different from 5.9". Always compare your old wheel’s hub offset and axle size before ordering.
  • No OEM part number cross: This is an aftermarket replacement. If your OEM tire is 11x6x5 (or similar), dimensions match, but check the hub offset carefully.

Key Things to Know

  • Flat-free means heavy: Each wheel weighs about 8–10 lbs. The 350 lb load rating is per wheel, so total capacity is fine for most riders.
  • No installation hassle: Bolts on in minutes—no tire mounting, no air pump needed. Just remove the old wheel and slide this on.
  • Ride is stiffer: Flat-free tires don’t absorb bumps like pneumatic ones. Expect a harsher ride on rough ground, especially on zero-turns.
  • Long-lasting but not forever: The solid rubber compound can crack after 2–4 years in direct sun or extreme cold. Store mower indoors if possible.

Should You Buy It

Buy this if you’re tired of fixing flats on your lawn tractor or zero-turn, and you mow over sticks, rocks, or uneven terrain. It’s a solid, low-maintenance upgrade for homeowners or light commercial use—but skip it if you need a cushioned ride or have a machine with a non-standard axle/hub offset.
