What It Is

This is a pair of 13x5.00-6 tubeless tire and wheel assemblies designed to fit zero-turn riding mowers. The centered hub and 5/8” bearings make them a direct replacement for front caster wheels on most residential and commercial zero-turn mowers.

Fitment & Compatibility

Check these four things before buying:

  • Tire size: Must be 13x5.00-6. Measure your current tire’s sidewall markings. If yours is 13x5.00-6, these fit.
  • Hub offset: Centered hub (not offset). Measure from the wheel mounting face to the center of the tire tread. If your original wheel is centered, these are a match. If offset, they won’t align properly.
  • Bearing size: 5/8” inner diameter. Confirm your axle shaft is 5/8” diameter. If your mower uses 3/4” or 1/2” bearings, these won’t fit.
  • Bolt pattern: The hub has a 5” to 7.5” bolt circle. Verify your mower’s bolt pattern falls within that range. Common on brands like Ariens, Bad Boy, Cub Cadet, Gravely, Hustler, John Deere, Kubota, Scag, Toro, and Wright.

No deck size check needed—these are front caster tires, not drive tires.

Key Things to Know

  • 4-ply rating – Good for residential use and light commercial. Not ideal for heavy commercial or rough terrain where punctures are common.
  • Straight rib tread – Provides stable straight-line tracking on hard surfaces. Less grip on wet grass or loose dirt compared to a knobby tread.
  • Installation – Slide onto axle, secure with washer and cotter pin. No tire mounting or balancing required. Basic hand tools only.
  • Tubeless design – No inner tube to worry about, but the rim must seal well. Check for bent rims if you have a leak.

Should You Buy It

Buy this if you have a zero-turn mower with 13x5.00-6 front caster tires, a centered hub, and a 5/8” axle. It’s a solid, affordable replacement for worn or damaged front tires on most residential and light commercial mowers. Skip it if you need an offset hub, larger bearings, or a more aggressive tread for wet or uneven terrain.
