What It Is

This is a set of two 16x6.50-8 tubeless tire and wheel assemblies designed for zero-turn lawn mowers, replacing worn or damaged front tires and rims. Each assembly comes with a 3-inch offset hub and a 3/4-inch bushing, ready to bolt on.

Fitment & Compatibility

Before buying, verify these three measurements:

  • Tire size: Must be 16x6.50-8 (16" diameter, 6.5" wide, 8" rim). Not interchangeable with 16x6.5-8 (same size, different notation).
  • Hub offset: 3 inches – common on many zero-turn mowers (e.g., certain Gravely, Hustler, Bad Boy, and Kubota models). Measure from the mounting face to the center of the tire tread; if yours is 3", these fit.
  • Bushing/axle size: Includes a 3/4" bushing, but the hub bore is likely 3/4" or 5/8". If your axle is 5/8", you’ll need a reducer bushing (not included). Confirm your spindle diameter before ordering.

Not for standard push mowers or lawn tractors with different offsets (often 2" or 4").

Key Things to Know

  • Quality: 4-ply rating for light-to-medium residential use. Not for heavy commercial loads or rocky terrain.
  • Installation: Bolt-on, no tire mounting required. Use a torque wrench to 40–50 ft-lbs; check after mowing a few hours.
  • Common gotchas: The included bushing may not fit all axles – measure your spindle diameter. Also, the rim’s bolt pattern is 4 on 4 inches (common, but verify if your mower uses 4 on 3.5" or 4 on 4.5").
  • Tubeless: No inner tube needed, but ensure the bead seats fully after inflation (up to 30 psi max).

Should You Buy It

Buy this if you need a direct, affordable replacement for a zero-turn’s front tire with a 3-inch offset and 4-on-4 bolt pattern. It’s a solid value for residential mowers, but measure your axle and spindle first – the bushing mismatch is the most common reason for returns.
